A post from my old Marvel blog regarding the guidelines for reader comments. Still applies here.

Thursdays are typically busy, with more meetings-per-capita than any other day. So less time for blogging.
I saw some concern in the comments section about hecklers showing up once these blogs get better-known and well-attended.
Here’s the thing: I have approval over any comment that’s posted; if I don’t approve it, it gets wiped.
But the last thing I want to do is start wiping out posts. Free forums for self-expression aren’t much good if one bearded big brother starts erasing any opinions he doesn’t agree with. So I’m going to try never to have to delete a post.
But the onus is also on all of you. Don’t give me anything to object to. No spamming, no hate-speak, no derogatory comments towards any of the creators or staff, and we should be fine. If you don’t like something, feel free to say so–just do it in a way that shows that you’re more evolved than a chimpanzee.
More later.
