DC experimented a bunch with photo-based covers in the 1970s. This one is especially fun.
A nice, simple design, with good use of the color hold.
That red banner is a little much, but look at the subtle greytone work on this image.
I have a vague memory of getting this issue of SHAZAM at my grandparents’ house, though I’m far from certain about that.
